Equipment Operation Principle:
The equipment is microcomputer-set, where wine bottles are conveyed through a transmission line to the filling machine. The bottles are then delivered to a tray by a bottle selector, which gradually elevates to open the filling head and initiate the filling process. Upon completion, the bottles are guided back into the transmission line via the bottle selector.
Equipment Features:
1. High efficiency with variable frequency speed control for easy speed adjustment. The current number of bottles filled per hour is displayed on the control panel, making it clear at a glance. The filling valve can achieve a maximum production capacity of up to 250~300 bottles per hour.
2. Large capacity - customizable filling volume from 100 to 1000 mL. The filling valve features a graduated scale for easy and quick adjustment, accessible to any operator for consistent measurement. The valve body is cast from 304 stainless steel and is precision machined on CNC machines, ensuring reliable quality.
3. Calibration capacity of 500mL with an average error of ±1.5mL; liquid filling is done using a fixed-volume structure, where the filling nozzle adheres to the bottle wall and distributes the liquid in three even streams, thus avoiding splashes, foam, and dripping from the nozzle directly impacting the bottom of the bottle. Additionally, the filling process automatically stops when there's no bottle at the filling position.
4. Various containers such as glass, ceramic, plastic bottles, and irregular-shaped bottles can be used for filling operations. This machine can easily be connected to existing bottle conveying lines for complementary use.
5. Fully automatic filling machines automatically load and unload bottles without manual preparation (semi-automatic models require manual bottle handling), with the bottles entering the filling zone being automatically guided and corrected by the bottle guide sleeve at the bottom of the filling valve, correcting any misaligned bottle necks. The machine is equipped with an electric lifting and lowering kit, allowing for quick adjustment of the height with just a button press, eliminating the time-consuming and labor-intensive manual hand-cranked lifting operation of the past. It also features a limit and overload protection system that automatically stops the machine in case of bottle jams or other abnormal conditions.
