5 If an automatic in-out bottle mechanism is installed on the worktop, it can be mounted on the assembly line for automated filling. This machine is used for the quantitative filling of various non-gaseous wines, beverages, condiments, liquids, and other liquids. Particularly, it can simultaneously fill bottles of the same specification with a height variation of up to 20mm without the need for adjustment of the vehicle. The machine is not limited by bottle shapes and can fill various irregular bottles.
Operating Principle of the Equipment:
The equipment measures volume based on the principle of uniform flow, utilizing a liquid cylinder in the middle and two control valves. It operates semi-automatically, allowing a skilled worker to complete both filling and emptying processes simultaneously. The filling bottle is inserted into the filling head before the liquid starts to flow, then removed from the other side after rotation to complete the filling process, and so on.

The equipment is mainly composed of the upper liquid-containing tank, the middle fluid-carrying tank and filling head, optional platform, and the bottom transmission unit.
