Equipment Features:

This machine is suitable for bottling white spirit and non-foaming liquids. It features accurate measurement, no drips, a full stainless steel design, stepless speed adjustment, and high level of automation.

Operating Principle of Equipment:

The equipment features a microcomputer set-up, where wine bottles are transported via conveyer lines to the filler. The bottles are then sent to a tray by a de-capper, which elevates the tray to open the filling head and initiate the filling process. After filling, the bottles are guided back into the conveyer line via the de-capper.

Equipment Features:

This equipment offers two methods of filling: electrical unified dosing and individual valve body fine-tuning, ensuring precise measurement. Additionally, by removing the bottle turning device, the machine becomes a semi-automatic filler. The bottle turning device can be disassembled or replaced according to actual needs.
