6. Non-breakage bottle: Equipped with an elastic bottle holder, not restricted by bottle height or width. The bottle removal wheel features a bottle protection mechanism that automatically stops and alarms in case of an anomaly.

7. Soft Start: The entire machine starts without impact, running from low to high speed, protecting the equipment.

8. Volume Adjustment: Equipped with an automatic continuous volume adjustment device, electrically controlled for easy operation, with digital display for filling volume, making it convenient for you to adjust the volume.

Equipment Working Principle:

The equipment is microcomputer-set, where wine bottles are conveyed through a transmission line to the filling machine. The bottles are then delivered to a tray by a bottle selector, which gradually elevates to open the filling head and initiate the filling process. Upon completion, the bottles are returned to the transmission line via the bottle selector.

Equipment Features:

This equipment offers two methods of filling: electrical unified dosing and individual valve body fine-tuning, ensuring precise measurement. Furthermore, removing the bottle turning device converts it into a semi-automatic filler. The bottle turning device can be disassembled or replaced as per actual needs.
