Renovation Construction Process:
I. Initial Contact and Negotiation
Firstly, our company's process requires confirming the decoration needs with the client, conducting on-site surveys and analysis, followed by providing engineering quotes, confirming materials, calculating costs, drafting a project schedule, and signing the decoration engineering contract.
II. Preparation Phase
Purchase engineering all risks insurance, fire reporting and approval, property procedures, construction permit; engineering analysis, handover meeting, construction progress control, project tendering tasks, construction signage, safety and civil construction specifications, material procurement.
Section 3: Construction Phase
Site facilities inventory, public area walkway protection, on-site photography for record, "Project Online" electronic construction management system weekly updates on construction progress, material inspection, safety and civil construction, project acceptance.
Section 4: Completion Stage
Project Completion and Final Inspection (Internal, Property, Client), Final Payment Settlement, Property Deposit Refund, Completion Audit, Documentation Archiving.
V. After-Sales Service Phase
