Construction Process:
Initial Contact and Negotiation
Firstly, our company's process involves confirming the decoration requirements with the client, conducting on-site inspections, analyses, and communications. Subsequently, we provide engineering quotes, confirm materials, calculate costs, draft a project timeline, and sign the decoration engineering contract.
Section II: Preparation Phase
Purchase engineering all risks insurance, fire reporting and approval, property procedures, construction permit; engineering analysis, handover meeting signatures, construction progress control, project tendering tasks, construction signboards, safety and civil construction specifications, material procurement.
III. Construction Phase
Site facilities inventory, common area corridor protection, on-site photo documentation, "Project Online" electronic construction management system weekly progress updates, material acceptance, safe and civilized construction, project acceptance.
Section 4: Completion Phase
Construction completion and acceptance (Internal, Property, Party A acceptance), final payment settlement, property deposit refund, completion audit, document filing.
Section 5: After-Sales Service Phase
Establish after-sales records, provide after-sales service. Once the project is completed, the after-sales service period begins. Should you encounter any issues with the renovation during use, feel free to contact us to arrange for relevant after-sales maintenance.
