New Rock Wool/Glass Wool Composite Panel
Polyurethane composite panels are A-grade fire-resistant and extremely robust. Baosin's new fire-resistant rock wool/glass wool sandwich panels are made with two layers of high-quality color steel coated steel plates or other precision-pressed metal sheets as the facings. After rolling forming, the rock wool/glass wool strips are flipped 90 degrees (with the fibers perpendicular to the two steel plates), and a strong, highly adhesive, and fire-resistant bonding agent is used to firmly bond the rock wool/glass wool with the metal panels, creating aesthetically pleasing, flat, and rigid building panels. The formed panels have excellent fire resistance, thermal insulation, and environmental protection features, offering an excellent choice for industrial building envelope systems.

New Type Fireproof Rock Wool/Glass Wool Board Inspection Report (4-hour耐火时限)
The metal sandwich panels with thicknesses of 150mm and 200mm, both have fire resistance limits exceeding 240 minutes, as certified by the National Building Materials Testing Center.

Advantages of Baosin Polyurethane Edge Insulation Rock Wool Board:
Insulation and heat preservation, reducing energy consumption by 70%.
Baoxin polyurethane-edged rock wool boards feature smoothness and precision, with surface finish capable of being controlled to 0.01cm. The design ensures airtightness and thermal insulation of the boards, capable of reducing energy consumption by 70%.
2). Noise Reduction and Absorption
Rock wool is an ideal soundproofing material, with its large number of fine, long fibers forming a porous structure that makes it an excellent sound absorption and noise reduction material. It offers sound insulation greater than 30dB, effectively reducing interference from external noise.
3). A1 fire resistance and flame retardancy
A1-rated thermal and flame-retardant material with a melting point above 1000 degrees. It does not elongate, contract, or deform during fires, effectively blocking the spread of fire and does not release harmful environmental substances or gases.
Waterproof and Moisture-Proof; Hydrophobic Rate up to 98%
Water-repellent rock wool products with a water-repellency rate over 98%, no pore penetration, and unique interlocking joints between boards, preventing water intrusion; the boards do not soften.
