After rolling forming, the rock wool/glass wool strips are flipped 90 degrees (orienting the fibers perpendicular to the two steel plates), and a strong, highly adhesive, and fire-resistant bonding agent is used to firmly bond the rock wool/glass wool with the metal panels, creating aesthetically pleasing, flat, and rigid building panels.
