Filter:Achieve solid-liquid separation under vacuum or pressurized conditions.
Filter Cake Leveling: The reverse rotation of the agitator blades smooths out cracks on the filter cake surface, preventing the cleaning solvent from short-circuiting along the cracks.
Slurry and Cleaning: By rotating the spray ball, the cleaning solution is evenly distributed inside the container for both internal and material cleaning. Mixing the filter cake and cleaning solution by raising and lowering the agitator blades ensures thorough washing of the material.
Dry:In a vacuum environment, the impeller blades rotate forward to gently loosen the filter cake layer by layer. The equipment's heating system uniformly heats the wet filter cake, accelerating solvent evaporation and ensuring thorough drying of the material.
Online Sampling: Material sampling for inspection can be conducted through the sampling valve during the drying process.
Side dischargeAfter drying, the agitator blades rotate in the forward direction, loosening and propelling the material out through the automatic discharge spout on the side of the equipment; CIP and SIP.

Equipment material is strictly controlled. Components in direct contact with materials are all made of non-toxic, corrosion-resistant SUS316L, PTFE, or EPDM sealing materials. The filter mesh is made of SUS316L metal sintered mesh to prevent fiber generation.
The interior surface of the equipment in direct contact with materials is smooth, without any blind spots, making it easy to clean and sterilize.
The equipment does not pollute the environment outside the installation, and appropriate measures such as dust prevention, leakage prevention, heat insulation, and noise reduction are taken. The fully enclosed working state protects the motor, reducer, and lifting device with stainless steel covers; the jacketed return channel is insulated with thermal felt, significantly reducing heat loss and external interference.
Strictly utilize safe and reliable explosion-proof electrical appliances, equipped with anti-static wheels and other safety interlock functions, as well as safety devices. All pipelines for materials, solvents, nitrogen, etc., are designed without dead ends or blind pipes. The surfaces of the equipment are all mechanically automatically finely polished or spot polished, with the internal surface Ra≤0.4 and the external surface Ra≤0.8. The agitator shaft and side discharge valve rod are protected by metal bellows; a removable rotating cleaning spray ball is available for online cleaning.
