Reinforcing steel formwork deck (shortened to TC deck) is a type of tensile reinforcing steel, consisting of a steel framework formed by binding or spot-welding reinforcing mesh and steel formwork. The solid formwork base is a finished non-metal flat plate, which is fixedly connected to the steel frame structure to form an integrated unit through connecting components. It is a new type of prefabricated steel formwork deck produced in an industrialized manner.
Key Innovations of TC Plates:
Standardized products, standardized production, high production efficiency;
Factory produces without dust and no maintenance, with a clean and tidy production environment.
TC plates are lightweight, require minimal support, feature a simple system, and are quick to install. The subfloor is not removed after installation, resulting in a smooth surface, eliminating the need for secondary plastering work.
The base plate is a non-structural layer, allowing for grooves to be cut to achieve separation between the piping and the structure.
The structural layer is fully cast-in-place, offering better integrity and easier pipeline installation.
Countable in the assembly rate, with a lower overall cost compared to other prefabricated floor systems.
Wide application and strong versatility; suitable for prefabricated residential, public, and general concrete structures, all of which can achieve improved construction efficiency and reduced labor requirements.
