The Huaxian modular assembly system is divided into two types: suspended (developed in collaboration with Hebei Jingtong) and embedded (developed in collaboration with Shifeng Green Building). The peripheral protection system is composed of precast concrete components, mainly including precast foundations, beams, columns, wall panels, composite panels, stairs, balcony slabs, and air conditioning panels, etc. This is a modular building system assembled by combining these components with other parts. It is assembled with the main structure through reliable connectors in a suspended or embedded manner.

95% of the components in the system are suitable for factory production, boasting numerous technical advantages such as "five sections and one environmental protection," rapid construction speed, and excellent seismic performance, meeting the requirements for residential industrialization and sustainable development.
