Polyester conveyor belts, also known as EP conveyor belts, abrasion-resistant conveyor belts, automatic conveyor belts, and cement conveyor belts, feature high modulus, low elongation, excellent heat stability, and impact resistance. They are suitable for medium to long-distance, high-capacity, and high-speed material handling. Polyester conveyor belts (EP conveyor belts) are widely used in industries such as coal, mining, ports, metallurgy, power, and chemical engineering for material transportation.
Covered with different rubber properties, they are categorized into frost-resistant, acid-resistant, alkali-resistant, oil-resistant, and wear-resistant types, among others.
Rubber conveyor belts are categorized based on their usage environments, including standard models (like heat-resistant, flame-retardant, scorch-resistant, acid and alkali-resistant, and oil-resistant), heat-resistant belts, cold-resistant belts, acid and alkali-resistant belts, and oil-resistant belts, etc. The standard conveyor belt features a top cover thickness of approximately 3.0mm and a bottom cover thickness of about 1.5mm. For heat-resistant, cold-resistant, acid and alkali-resistant, and oil-resistant belts, the top cover is roughly 4.5mm thick, and the bottom cover is about 2.0mm thick. The thickness of the top and bottom covers can be increased by approximately 1.5mm based on the specific usage environment.
