The patterned conveyor belt is composed of the belt body and the patterned section. Due to the different materials being transported and the varying incline angles of the conveyor, the shape and height (depth) of the pattern also differ. Common types of patterned conveyor belts include:
Human pattern design
Feature: "Human" pattern with high tensile bars on the surface, the pattern can be either open or closed, and each pattern is further divided into high, medium, and low types.
Application: Suitable for conveying powdery, granular, and small piece materials with an inclination angle of ≤40 degrees, also capable of conveying bagged materials.
Striped pattern
Features: The surface has a raised strip pattern higher than the belt body, with patterns categorized into high, medium, and low. Each pattern can be further divided into sparse and dense arrangements by the spacing.
Application: Suitable for horizontal conveying of packaging materials with an inclination angle of ≤30 degrees. Can replace V-groove pattern in grooved conditions.
Granular pattern
Features: The surface features granular patterns that are raised above or sunken into the belt body, which can also be shaped into square holes, diamond shapes, or fabric-like patterns.
Purpose: Raised dot pattern is suitable for soft packaging materials or for conveying materials requiring a gripping surface (e.g., cardboard boxes) or non-slip conveyance.
The mountain pit grain pattern is suitable for conveying granular materials at angles less than 45 degrees.
