The patterned conveyor belt is composed of the belt body and the patterned section. Due to the varying materials being transported and the inclination angle of the conveyor, the shape and height (depth) of the pattern also differ. Common types of patterned conveyor belts include:
V-Shape pattern
Features: "Human" pattern with high-peak ridges on the surface, which can be open or closed. Each pattern can be further divided into high, medium, and low ridges.
Application: Suitable for conveying powdery, granular, and small piece materials at incline angles of ≤40 degrees, also capable of conveying bagged materials.
Striped pattern
Features: The surface of the belt features a raised strip pattern that is higher than the belt body. The pattern is categorized into high, medium, and low, with each type divided into forms such as sparse and dense spacing.
Application: Suitable for horizontal conveying of packaging materials with an inclination angle of ≤30 degrees. Can replace chevron patterns in grooved conditions.
Granular pattern
Features: The surface features granular patterns that are raised above or sunken into the belt body, and the depressions can also be shaped into square or diamond holes, or woven patterns.
Application: Raised dot pattern is suitable for soft packaging materials or conveyance materials requiring gripping (such as cardboard boxes) or non-sliding conveyance.
The mountain pit-shaped granular pattern is suitable for conveying granular materials with an inclination angle of less than 45 degrees.
