The patterned conveyor belt is composed of the belt body and the patterned section. Due to the different materials being transported and the varying incline angle of the conveyor, the shape and height (depth) of the pattern also differ. Common types of patterned conveyor belts include:
Human-shaped pattern
Feature: "Human" pattern with high-dry body on the surface, which can be either open or closed. Each pattern is further divided into high, medium, and low grades.
Application: Suitable for conveying powdery, granular, and small piece materials with incline angles of ≤40 degrees, also applicable for bagged materials.
Striped pattern
Features: The surface of the belt features a raised stripe pattern that extends above the belt body. The pattern is categorized into high, medium, and low levels, with each pattern being further divided into forms such as sparse and dense spacing.
Application: Suitable for horizontal conveying of packaged goods with an inclination angle of ≤30 degrees. Can replace chevron patterns in grooved conditions.
Granular pattern
Features: The surface features granular patterns that are either raised above or sunken into the belt body, which can also be shaped into square or diamond holes, or woven patterns.
Application: Raised-dot pattern is suitable for soft packaging materials or materials requiring grip during conveyance (such as cardboard boxes) or non-slip conveyance.
The mountain pit-shaped granular pattern is suitable for conveying granular materials at an inclination angle of less than 45 degrees.
