Hardware molds are tools used in industrial production, where various presses and tools mounted on the presses apply pressure to shape metal materials into the desired components or products. Such tools are collectively termed hardware molds.
The tools and products we use in our daily production and life, from the base and body shell of machine tools to a small screw, button, and the shells of various household appliances, are all closely related to molds.
The shape of the mold determines the appearance of these products, and the processing quality and accuracy of the mold directly affect the quality of the products. Due to the differences in material, appearance, specifications, and applications of various products, molds are categorized into non-plastic molds such as casting molds, forging molds, die-casting molds, and stamping molds, as well as plastic molds.
