Franka Emika Exploration Edition Robot Additional Control Interface FCI (Franka Connect Interface)The Control Interface (CI) is an ideal platform for research and testing in force control, motion algorithms, gripping strategies, interactive scenarios, and machine learning. Users can establish rapid, low-level bidirectional connections with the robot's body and gripper through the FCI. With the FCI, the workstation PC can be connected to the robot system via quick, direct low-level bidirectional communication. This allows for providing the robot's current state and implementing real-time control at 1 kHz. The Exploration Edition robot supports stable ROS development and integration with MoveIt!
