KWKL-200The Type Micro Coulomb Sulfur Analyzer employs the micro-coulomb analysis principle and utilizes computer control throughout the analysis process. The sample, whether solid, liquid, or gas, is injected into the pyrolysis tube of the pyrolyzer by an injector. It is then combusted at a specific temperature, converting the reaction products into titratable ions. These ions are carried by the carrier gas into the titration cell, where they consume titrant from the electrolyte. An electrolytic process generates an equivalent amount of titrant, and the electric charge consumed during electrolysis is measured. According to Faraday's law, the total sulfur content of the sample is calculated.
