The KQ-2 type particle strength tester is developed and manufactured by Nanjing Kehuan Analytical Instruments Co., Ltd. It features a four-digit display and is equipped with pressure sensors that can be configured for various ranges to measure the compressive strength values of various samples. The instrument boasts three highlights: 1. Self-check and zeroing function. 2. One-touch calibration feature. 3. Over-range protection function (with an alarm). The instrument is programmed in-house, allowing input of selected values with peak and zero keys for direct calibration. It has a reasonable structure, manual pressure application, and directly displays the sample's strength value during measurement. The instrument is highly precise, compact, and easy to use, capable of testing the compressive strength of individual particle samples such as spherical, extruded, and sheet-like particles, catalysts and catalyst carriers, tablets, feed, pharmaceuticals, fertilizers, molecular sieves, grain products, barium carbonate, zinc oxide, rubber additives, carbon black, coated tobacco seeds, and more.
