PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene) Perforated Plate Wave Pattern Filling
The advantages of PTFE (Teflon) material
High-temperature resistant – Operating temperature up to 250°C.
Low-temperature resistance – exhibits excellent mechanical toughness; maintains 5% elongation even at -196°C.
Corrosion-resistant – exhibits inertness to most chemicals and solvents, withstands strong acids and alkalis, water, and various organic solvents.

Climate-resistant – offers the longest service life for plastic.
High lubricity - lowest coefficient of friction among solid materials.
Non-stick — the smallest surface tension in solid materials, not adhering to any substance.
Non-toxic and biocompatible – suitable for long-term implantation as artificial blood vessels and organs without adverse reactions.
Electrical insulation – withstands high voltage of up to 1500 volts.
PTFE material perforated plate corrugated packing, 250Y PTFE regular corrugated packing has a relatively high molecular weight, ranging from tens to over ten million.
Typically, it ranges in the millions (with an aggregation level of 10^4, while polyethylene is only at 10^3). The crystallinity is generally 90-95%, with melting temperatures between 327-342°C. In polytetrafluoroethylene, the CF2 units are arranged in a zigzag pattern. Due to the slightly larger radius of the fluorine atom compared to carbon, adjacent CF2 units cannot fully adopt a trans-configuration, instead forming a helical twisted chain, with fluorine atoms almost covering the entire surface of the polymer chain. This molecular structure explains the various properties of polytetrafluoroethylene. Below 19°C, it forms a 13/6 helix; at 19°C, a phase transition occurs, slightly loosening the molecules to form a 15/7 helix.

PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene) Herringbone Filled Plate Introduction
PTFE材质Orifice Plate Corrugated Packing 250Y PTFE Regular Corrugated Packing is mainly used in gas purification, environmental protection, and separation and purification industries. It boasts advantages such as light weight, high capacity, low pressure drop, high specific surface area, and easy replacement.
Plastic perforated corrugated packing main features: The packing sheets have small holes, offering high energy, low pressure drop, and a high specific surface area, providing significant advantages in increasing output, reducing energy consumption, and enhancing efficiency. Additionally, due to the orderly arrangement of the packing, solid particles in the material can be discharged through the corrugated base of the packing, resulting in excellent anti-blocking performance and a higher operational flexibility compared to general towers. Replacing loose packing in towers can increase production capacity by 5% and efficiency by 50%. It also features lightweight and cost-effective, suitable for large capacity towers.
PTFE-lined corrugated packing with 250Y PTFE plastic regular corrugated packing. This product is available in materials such as polypropylene (PP), reinforced polypropylene (RPP), polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF), and PTFE. The service temperature for PP is not exceeding 90℃; for RPP, it's not exceeding 110℃. PVDF can withstand temperatures up to 150℃. All these materials offer strong chemical resistance. Currently, overseas large plastic packed towers have reached 11 meters in height, with smaller ones suitable for towers with a diameter of 200mm, capable of operation under both vacuum and pressure conditions.
