Strainer demister application:
Baffle mist separators are particularly suitable for tower vessels, especially at the top or side-line gas outlet, for removing misty liquid droplets, droplets, and trace solid particles from the gas phase. Especially when the gas phase contains trace solid particles and crystals, the new baffle defoamer (mist separator) exhibits strong anti-blocking performance, making it irreplaceable compared to woven wire defoamers.


Baffle eliminator features:
1. Gas enters horizontally, with baffles arranged vertically.
2. The demister features excellent liquid holding and drainage structures.
3. The liquid carryover is reduced, enhancing the defoaming (frothing) efficiency and improving the processing capacity.
4. For droplets of 5mm or larger, the removal efficiency is generally greater than 95%.
5. High operational flexibility, usually up to 60-120%, sometimes even as high as 40-140%.
