Steel Mill PPH Pall Ring Filler - PPH plastic Pall Ring material for acid regeneration absorption towers, PPH round Pall Ring, a filler used in acid regeneration absorption towers and acid washing towers, made of new PPH polypropylene by injection molding process with excellent chemical resistance. PPH material is a high molecular weight, low melt flow rate homopolymer polypropylene, which has a fine crystalline structure after β-modification, providing excellent chemical resistance, high-temperature resistance, and good creep resistance, as well as excellent impact resistance at low temperatures. The product is widely used in pipeline systems of steel mills (acid pickling, acid regeneration, acid mist), flue gas desulfurization, membrane cell caustic soda, etc. The PPH Pall Ring has been significantly improved based on the Raschig Ring, featuring two rows of window holes with inward extending tongue pieces on the ring wall, which improves gas-liquid distribution and optimally utilizes the inner surface of the ring. Compared to Raschig Rings, the Pall Ring can increase processing capacity by over 50% while reducing pressure drop, characterized by low pressure drop, high throughput, and high efficiency.
