Long-term supply of PPS recycled plastic pellets, monthly supply over 300 tons. Suitable for manufacturing electrical heat-resistant components. Good fluidity, impact resistance of about 7, doesn't crack when screwing, heat resistance over 200 degrees Celsius.
Outstanding properties of PPS plastic: Excellent heat resistance, with a heat deflection temperature generally above 260°C, usable within a temperature range of 180-220°C; PPS is one of the engineering plastics with high heat resistance; corrosion resistance close to that of polytetrafluoroethylene, chemical resistance second only to polytetrafluoroethylene; excellent electrical properties; superior mechanical properties; good flame-retardant performance.
Applications of PPS Plastic
Electronics: Television sets, high-voltage components in computers, casings, sockets, terminal blocks, motor starting coils, blades, brush holders, rotor insulation parts, contact switches, relays, electric irons, hair dryers, light bulbs, heating fans, F-grade films, etc.
Automotive Industry: Suitable for exhaust recirculation valves, pump impellers, carburetors, exhaust systems, exhaust regulators, light reflectors, bearings, sensor components, etc. Mechanical Industry: Used for bearings, pumps, valves, pistons, precision gears, as well as photocopier, camera, computer components, tubes, sprayers, injectors, instrument parts, etc.
Chemical Industry: Used for manufacturing acid and alkali-resistant valves, pipes, fittings, gaskets, and corrosion-resistant components such as submersible pumps or impellers. Engineering Plastics: Used in the production of automotive parts, corrosion-resistant coatings, electrical insulation materials, etc. Environmental Protection: PPS fiber filter material, applicable to high-temperature and harsh working conditions in industries such as smelting, chemicals, building materials, thermal power generation, waste incineration furnaces, and coal-fired boilers, and is a high-temperature-resistant filter material.
Tableware Field: Used for making chopsticks, spoons, bowls, and other tableware.
Polysulfone (PPS), polyether ether ketone (PEEK), polysulfone (PSF), polyimide (PI), polyarylate (PAR), and liquid crystal polymer (LCP) are collectively known as the "Six Major Special Engineering Plastics."
