PEEK non-metallic high polymer material, heat-resistant, cold-resistant, high strength

PEEK is a high-temperature-resistant, high-performance thermoplastic specialty engineering plastic. It boasts excellent mechanical properties and resistance to chemicals, wear, and hydrolysis. It is lightweight with good self-lubricating capabilities and, due to its superior processability, can be filled with carbon fiber and molybdenum disulfide to further enhance lubrication and mechanical strength. The wide range of applications for PEEK engineering plastic spans high-tech industries such as aerospace, machinery, electronics, chemicals, and automotive, allowing for the manufacturing of high-demand mechanical parts like gears, bearings, piston rings, support rings, sealing rings (cases), valve pieces, and wear-resistant rings.
