We offer constant pressure and time-sharing water supply control systems and industrial electrical control cabinets. Our independently designed constant-pressure time-sharing water supply system introduces a time-sharing regulation system to the existing constant-pressure water supply. It defines different set pressures based on different time periods and varying water demand from customers. This system is environmentally friendly, energy-saving, and user-friendly, widely used for both domestic and industrial water supply.
Gas-powered Wind Feeding Automatic Control System
The配套 gas feeding system is a cutting-edge particle material conveying method, distinguishing from the previous belt conveyors. It retains the following advantages of the previous systems: 1. Fully sealed pipelines for enhanced environmental protection, ensuring dust does not contaminate. 2. Low-pressure air conveying with pipeline pressure < 2MPA, resulting in a longer pipeline lifespan, typically over 5 years with scheduled maintenance. 3. Spiral air conveying with a smaller material friction coefficient, material loss less than 3%, and no clogging throughout its lifetime.
The electrical self-control system includes our patented material control module. The control system is composed of multiple stations, utilizing the 200SMART for data exchange with the master station. The supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) system employs WINCC, monitoring key data with alarms and trends. The system is modularized for easier maintenance, featuring a user-friendly human-machine interface and simplified operation.
