Our self-designed Constant Pressure Time-of-Use Water Supply System builds upon the traditional constant pressure supply by introducing a time-based regulation system. It defines different set pressures according to varying time periods and customer water usage demands. This system is environmentally friendly and energy-saving, with a simple and easy-to-use interface, and is widely used in both domestic and industrial water supply.
Gas-powered Wind Feeding Automatic Control System
The matched gas feeding system is currently the most advanced granular material conveying method, distinguishing from the previous belt conveyor. It retains the following advantages of the previous system: 1. Fully sealed pipeline, making it more environmentally friendly and ensuring that dust does not contaminate. 2. Low-pressure air conveying, with pipeline pressure < 2MPA, resulting in a longer pipeline lifespan, requiring maintenance every 5 years or as needed. 3. Spiral air conveying with a smaller coefficient of friction between materials, with a material adhesion rate of less than 3%, ensuring no clogging throughout its lifetime.
The electrical self-control system includes our patented material control module. The control system is composed of multiple stations, which use 200SMART for data exchange with the master station. The supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) system utilizes WINCC to monitor key data, including alarms and trends. The system is modularized for easier maintenance, with a user-friendly human-machine interface and simplified operation.
