Gas-powered wind feeding automatic control system
The配套 gas feeding system is the most advanced particle material conveying method, distinguishing from the previous belt conveyors. It retains the following advantages of the previous methods: 1. Fully sealed pipelines for enhanced environmental protection, ensuring no dust pollution. 2. Low-pressure air conveying with pipeline pressure <2MPA, resulting in longer pipeline lifespan, with maintenance every 5 years as needed. 3. Spiral air conveying with a smaller friction coefficient, material ratio less than 3%, ensuring no clogging throughout its lifetime.
The electrical self-control system includes our patented control module. The control system is composed of multiple stations, utilizing 200SMART for data exchange with the master station. The supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) system employs WINCC to monitor key data, including alarms and trends. The system is modularized for easier maintenance, with a user-friendly human-machine interface and simplified operation.
