Explosion-proof product features:
1. The unit has been enhanced with an explosion-proof device, built on the foundation of a high/low-temperature integrated machine at room temperature.
2. The explosion-proof device features a composite main control guard explosion-proof structure, with the wiring chamber designed as an increased safety type structure.
3. Aluminum alloy casting shell control box with surface coating, aesthetically pleasing, high safety performance, ideal for operation in harsh environments.
4. The control box is equipped with Schneider AC contactors, overload protectors, etc.
5. Meets the requirements of GB3836, IEC60079, GB124761, and IEC61241 standards.
6. Available for installation as per customer's request: conversion switches, indicator lights, buttons, emergency stop buttons, etc.
All fasteners are made of stainless steel.
Function: This unit is suitable for double glass reactors for heating and cooling reactions. The entire liquid circulation is sealed, equipped with an expansion vessel. The expansion vessel and liquid circulation are insulated and do not participate in the liquid circulation; they are only mechanically connected. Regardless of the temperature of the liquid circulation, the medium in the expansion vessel remains below 60°C, allowing the machine to directly switch to cooling and temperature reduction mode in high-temperature conditions.
The entire circulation system is sealed, with no moisture absorption at low temperatures and no smoke generation at high temperatures. The heat transfer oil operates over a wide temperature range, and mechanical and electronic valves are not used in the entire circulation system.
Increased explosion-proof devices greatly enhance safety during operation, allowing for work in more severe environments.
