The heat-conducting medium is contained within a sealed system featuring an expansion vessel. The medium in the expansion vessel does not participate in the circulation. Regardless of high or low temperatures, the expansion tank temperature ranges from room temperature to 60 degrees, which minimizes the risk of moisture absorption and evaporation during operation.

The high and low temperature circulation tank, high and low temperature oil bath circulation tank, and high and low temperature circulation pump are part of the high and low temperature oil bath external circulation system. Their working principle involves programming the intelligent temperature controller of the equipment, with the temperature feedback system providing data on the container temperature. The controller then manages the refrigeration of the compressor to cool the medium in the cold tank, heats the medium inside the chamber using a heater to achieve high temperatures, and rapidly alternates between cold and hot to reach the desired temperature inside the tank. Finally, the medium is transported to the connected equipment (such as a reactor) through a leak-proof shielded circulation pump. After connecting the reflux and opening the valve, the heat exchange cycle is achieved. Our high and low temperature circulation units can be conveniently used with products like double-layer glass reactors, stainless steel jacket reactors, glass reactors, rotary evaporators, and extraction equipment, enabling multi-functional use of a single unit.
