Superfluid grouting material is composed of high-strength aggregates, cement as the binder, and supplemented with high fluidity, slight expansion, and anti-segregation substances. It is ready for use after adding a certain amount of water, mixing thoroughly on-site. The grouting material features good self-leveling, rapid hardening, early strength, high strength, no shrinkage, slight expansion; it is non-toxic, harmless, non-aging, and does not pollute water quality or the surrounding environment. It also has good self-sealing properties and anti-corrosion characteristics. During construction, it offers reliable quality, cost reduction, shortened project duration, and ease of use. It fundamentally alters the load-bearing conditions of equipment bases, allowing them to uniformly bear the full load of the equipment, thereby meeting the installation requirements of various mechanical and electrical equipment (such as heavy-duty precision grinding machines). It is the ideal grouting material for the era of no-padding installation.
Grouting materials are primarily used for: anchor bolt anchoring, emergency repairs of runways, equipment fixation, reinforcement of road and bridge projects, machine bases, steel structures and foundation sockets, secondary grouting of equipment foundations, embedded reinforcement bars, reinforcement and retrofitting of concrete structures, treatment of cracks in old concrete structures, installation of electromechanical equipment, track and steel structure installation, static pile engineering pile sealing, thickening and repair of wall structures for leakage and seepage, grouting for collapses in various foundation projects, and various emergency repair works.
1. Primarily used for: anchor bolt grouting, cut-and-bury reinforcement steel, and secondary grouting of equipment foundations with grout layer thickness of 30mm < δ < 200mm. Secondary grouting for equipment foundations with oil resistance requirements is called general grouting material.
2. Primarily used for: secondary grouting of equipment foundations with a grouting layer thickness of ≥150mm. Reinforcement and strengthening (repair thickness of ≥40mm) of building beams, slabs, columns, foundations, and floors. Special grouting material for reinforcement engineering with oil resistance requirements.
3. Primarily used for: prestressed void grouting, secondary grouting of equipment with 10mm < δ < 150mm thickness of grouting layer, grouting between angle steel and concrete for reinforced concrete beams and columns, and as a specialized grouting material for concrete joint repair.
4. Primarily used for: installation of precision, large-scale, and complex equipment; reinforcement and transformation of concrete structures, enhancement, and rapid road repair; known as high-strength, non-shrinkage grout material. 5. Primarily used for: specialized grout material for high-temperature environments, with stable volume under high temperatures and good thermal shock resistance. Suitable for equipment foundations requiring secondary grouting with a grout layer thickness of 30mm < δ < 200mm, in a long-term high-temperature radiation environment of 500°C; known as heat-resistant grout material.
6. Primarily used for: Short construction time, reaches C20 strength in 2 hours, immediately operational equipment, grouting layer thickness of 30mm < δ < 200mm for secondary grouting to expedite construction schedules, known as dedicated repair project grouting material.
7. Primarily used for: grouting needs of large-volume, high-precision, and complex structural equipment, ensuring no blind spots in the grouted areas. Features excellent stability and is specifically designed for large-scale heavy-duty equipment used in precision machinery.
8. Primarily used for: secondary grouting of equipment foundations with a thickness of 30mm < δ < 200mm, where the ground bolts are anchored, rebars are embedded, and the equipment foundations are subjected to rapid strength increase at sub-zero temperatures without being affected by frost damage. Secondary grouting for equipment foundations with oil resistance requirements, known as frost-resistant grouting material.
