High-strength polymer mortar is a single-component polymer repair mortar specifically designed for surface repair of high-grade concrete structures. It combines the high strength characteristics of inorganic cementitious repair mortars with the excellent flexibility, adhesion, and crack resistance of polymer mortars. It is particularly suitable for repairing surface defects on box girders for high-speed railway passenger lines with C50 or higher strength and on track slabs with C55 or higher strength.

I. Product Features
High strength, with its ultimate compressive strength reaching above 60 MPa, fully meets the surface repair requirements for C50~60 concrete.

Section 3: Performance Specifications Description
1. Pressure and bend resistance
Considering the design strength of concrete for prestressed box girder in high-speed railway construction is C50 (actual strength ≥60MPa), and the design strength of concrete for track slab is C55~60 (actual strength also ≥60MPa).
2. Tensile Adhesion Strength
The repair mortar contains solid powder, thus its tensile bonding strength is approximately 1.5Mpa. Considering the actual requirements for high-speed rail repair mortar, when used in combination with a special bonding agent, the tensile bonding strength can reach above 2.5Mpa. The internal control standard for this product is ≥2.5Mpa.
4. Usage Instructions
Clean defects on the surface of box girder and track slab, remove spalling, loose, honeycomb, and corroded concrete, and rinse clean with clear water.
2. Add water and mix. The water content should be 13~15% (by weight) and mix mechanically (at a slow speed) for 3-5 minutes.
3. Specialized Coating Primer. Apply a layer of specialized primer (in liquid form) to the patch area. Use a brush to apply the primer horizontally and vertically, typically covering 3-5 square meters per kilogram of primer.
4. Immediately apply the mixed patching mortar with a trowel after brushing the interface agent, pressing it firmly onto the repair surface.
Generally, the thickness of the patch layer should not exceed 30mm, and it is advisable to apply no more than 10mm each time. Wait for the surface layer to dry before proceeding to the next step. Custom high-strength polymer self-leveling mortar can also be mixed according to customer requirements.
5. After repair, perform 7 days of moist curing on the exposed mortar surface (refer to concrete curing procedures), followed by 21 days of dry curing to achieve the designed strength.
V. Cautionary Notes
Polymer mortar can be mixed and used immediately. Construction under low-temperature conditions can incorporate winter construction methods specific to the mortar.
