The materials, profiles, and other main finished products used for the fabrication and installation of ducts in ventilation pipes shall comply with the provisions of the design and the current national standards for relevant products. A factory inspection certificate of conformity should be applied, and the materials should be inspected upon arrival in accordance with the current national standards.

Distinguished by application
1. Air ducts for air conditioning system purification: Galvanized steel, stainless steel; (Glass fiber reinforced plastics and composite materials, which may cause dust source contamination during use, are prohibited.)
2. Central air conditioning system ductwork: Galvanized steel, color steel insulated panels; (Glass fiber reinforced plastic, composite materials may be used)
3. Ducts for environmental control systems: Galvanized steel, stainless steel; (May use plastic, glass fiber reinforced plastic, composite materials)
4. Industrial ventilation system ducts: steel plate, galvanized plate; (Liber ventilation ducts. Plastic, glass fiber reinforced plastic, and composite materials can be used.)
Note: Glass fiber ducts are divided into two types: organic and inorganic. Organic materials are prohibited in cases where fire protection requirements are specified according to design specifications.
