Waterproofing and leak repair ultra-early strength slurry
1. Ultra-early strength self-leveling cementitious grout, a new product, is a water-hardening grouting material based on cement with adjustable setting time. It features ultra-early strength, high strength, slight expansion, self-compaction, self-leveling, good grouting properties, and simple construction. The product is in powder form, easy to use, and can be mixed directly with water at a cement ratio of 0.35~0.45. After mixing, no vibration is required.

This product is particularly suitable for emergency repair projects, such as the railway subgrade treatment project (without affecting train operations), the grouting and leakage prevention project for the Qinghai Dasan Mountain Highway Tunnel at an altitude of 3800m (high cold area), the Baishan Tunnel in Yunnan, and the Taijing Tunnel on the Shanghai Bureau's outer loop, among more than a dozen other tunnels. It has been successfully applied. In the rapid repair of the 4th blast furnace at the Wuhan Iron and Steel Plant, a super-early-strength grouting material was used to prepare super-early-strength self-leveling concrete, achieving a concrete strength of over c30 within 6 hours. The application has been very effective, saving repair time and reducing the significant losses associated with downtime for maintenance.
3. Construction Method:
a. Drilling: The principle of hole drilling is to start with sparse and then dense, insert middle holes, and use a pressure blower to punch holes, thoroughly cleaning out sediment and silt inside the holes. By punching holes, the connectivity between hole positions can be understood, thereby determining the grouting holes and ventilation holes.
b. Grouting: Prior to grouting, a water injection test should be conducted to check the通畅ness of the holes. Then, use a mixer to create slurry with the ultra-early-strength self-leveling cement grouting material, following a ratio of 1:0.4 sand-to-water. After preparing the slurry, place it in a storage tank and pump it through pipes to the work surface using a pressure pump to perform the grouting. The grouting process should be adjusted according to the slurry's setting time to ensure the required stone strength.
4. Important Notes:
a. Products should be used under a stable environment of 16℃~28℃; the condensation time of the product will vary significantly at other temperatures. Therefore, when using the product, please specify this, and we will provide products suitable for low or high temperatures.
b. Products should be stored in a dry environment and used only after passing a test with a shelf life of 6 months.
