I. Overview of Sampling Cooler
Sample coolers are used for cooling water and steam samples in boiler rooms or power plants, including sampling coolers for boiler water, steam, feed water, condensate, and drain water. After cooling the samples, analysis and testing of the water quality are conducted. The water in boilers and thermal systems is usually at high temperatures, which is not conducive to sampling or measurement. Therefore, cooling should be applied during sampling. Hence, the samples from the sampling points are introduced into the sample cooler for cooling. Generally, it is required that the flow rate be maintained at 500-700 mL/min, with the samples cooled to below 30 degrees Celsius to meet the standards of the People's Republic of China's electricity industry, DL/T 457-91.
Section II: Sampling Coolers and Systems
1. Sample tube materials are all made of stainless steel, not carbon steel or brass, to prevent contamination of the sample by metal corrosion products from the tube during the sampling process.
2. Sampling tubes are available in single-tube and double-tube sleeve styles.
3. The sampling cooler should feature a compact structure, high heat transfer efficiency, easy cleaning, and a long service life.
4. Large-scale boilers typically utilize centralized sampling analysis devices.
5. Sampling points and locations are listed in the table.

Section 3: Sampling Chiller Order Instructions
Sampler tube is made of stainless steel, shell is carbon steel.
2: Sampling cooling tubes are typically selected in diameters of 10, 12, 14, 16, and 18mm (also subject to customer preference). The connection options are welding and flange, with the cooling water interface being DN25 and external threaded.
3: Common selections typically include: QYL-159/0.32, QYL-219/0.40, and QYL-273/0.54.
4: Do you require a combination set (i.e., do you need brackets, sinks, valves, etc.).
