Technical Description:
Welding Process
The entire rod should be free of any cracks, incomplete welds, continuous blow holes, undercutting, etc., with smooth and even weld seams, no undulations, and no welding defects. A welding flaw detection report must be provided.
2. Electrical Door
Electric door is plasma cut.
b. The electrical door seamlessly integrates with the lamp body; no welded boss at the door opening, featuring high structural strength.
c. Features reasonable operating space; includes electrical installation accessories inside the door.
d. The gap between the door and rod should not exceed 1 millimeter, and it should have excellent waterproof performance.
e. Equipped with a specialized fastening system, it boasts excellent anti-theft features. The fixed bolts are secured with a non-standard tool for opening.
f. Electrical doors should have high interchangeability, with reasonable operating space inside, and provide 3% of electrical door accessories
g. A securely welded M8x30 bolt is visible in the lower left corner of the lamp post work door, which is hot-dipped galvanized together with the lamp post for connecting the cable's PE wire.
3. Hot-Dip Galvanizing Process
The surface should be treated with hot-dip galvanizing to prevent corrosion, with a thickness of ≥75μm meeting the GB—/T13912-92 standard. The designed service life should not be less than 30 years. The zinc-coated surface should be smooth and aesthetically pleasing, with a consistent color. After hammering tests, it should not peel or flake off. A zinc coating inspection report is provided.
4. Powder Coating Process
Powder coating should be used with outdoor high-purity polyester powder, color white (subject to customer's requirements), with stable film quality, non-fading, and non-peeling. It has strong adhesion, resistant to intense sunlight UV rays, and suitable for lakeside cities and key saline areas. The design lifespan exceeds 30 years, thickness ≥80um, and meets ASTMD3359-83 standards. Powder coating inspection reports provided. Powder coating protection requirements: film thickness not less than 40um, strong adhesion, non-flaking, non-peeling. Surface flat and smooth with consistent color.
5. Design Capabilities
a. Provide a load calculation report for the pole body, based on the pole design drawing, in compliance with the required wind speed tolerance.
b. The shaped square steel used for the rod body must meet the corresponding Chinese standards for strength and surface structure.
Seal the lamp post to prevent moisture from entering.
6. Verticality Inspection
After the lamp post is erected by the street light manufacturer, a theodolite is used to check the vertical alignment between the lamp post and the horizontal, which should be less than or equal to 0.2%.

The design and dimensions meet the requirements, with an overall elegant and generous appearance. The rod surface is smooth and consistent, with even coloration. The galvanized layer is smooth and flat, and the powder coating has strong adhesion without peeling off.
8. All fixed bolts and nuts are made of stainless steel (except for anchor bolts and nuts).
9. The cable passage inside the pole is unobstructed, easy to thread cables through, and free of sharp edges, burrs, teeth, or similar features to prevent damage to the cable.
10. Poles meet lightning protection and grounding requirements, with environmental temperature ranging from -15 to 50 degrees Celsius; wind speed of 60 m/s; seismic resistance of 8 levels; corrosion resistance for 30 years.
Category and Application Scope:
Monitors poles, also known as camera light poles, typically come in Y, T, and R shapes. Specific specifications can be customized according to customer requirements. Signal poles are commonly made from high-quality steel plates, shaped into octagonal or hexagonal forms using large bending machines, or assembled and welded from rectangular tubes. The surface is treated with hot-dip galvanizing for corrosion resistance and coated with plastic for the exterior. They are suitable for urban roadways, expressways, elevated bridge intersections, or T intersections.
1. Basic Structure: Traffic signal poles and sign posts should be composed of upright posts, connecting flanges, shaped support arms, mounting flanges, and pre-buried steel structures.
2. The upright or cross arm is made of straight seam steel pipe or seamless steel pipe; the connection end of the upright and cross arm is made of the same steel pipe as the cross arm, protected by a welded reinforcement plate; the upright is connected to the foundation with a flange and pre-buried bolts, protected by a welded reinforcement plate; the connection method between the cross arm and the upright end is via a flange, with a焊接reinforcement plate for protection.
3. All welds on the uprights and their main components must meet the standard requirements, with a smooth and even surface. The welding should be flat, smooth, firm, and reliable, free from defects such as voids, slag, loose welds, and incomplete welds.
4. The poles and their main components are equipped with lightning protection. The non-electric metal parts of the lamps form an integral structure and are connected to the grounding wire via the grounding bolts on the housing.
5. The upright poles and their main components should be equipped with a reliable grounding device, with the grounding resistance not exceeding 10 ohms.
6. Wind resistance: 45 kg/m²/h.
7. Surface Treatment: Pickling and phosphatizing followed by hot-dipped galvanized and powder coating.
