Technical Description:
Welding Technology
The entire rod should be free of any cracks, welding leaks, continuous gas holes, burrs, etc., with smooth and even weld seams, no ridges or valleys, and no welding defects. A welding flaw detection report must be provided.
2. Electrical Door
The electrical door is cut using plasma cutting.
b. The electrical door and lamp body are seamlessly integrated, with no welded protrusions at the door opening, ensuring high structural strength.
c. Features reasonable operating space; includes electrical installation accessories inside the door.
d. The gap between the door and the rod should not exceed 1mm, and it should have good waterproof performance.
e. Equipped with a specialized fastening system and excellent anti-theft capabilities, the fixed bolts are opened with a non-standard tool that is not commonly available.
f. Electric doors should have high interchangeability, with reasonable operating space inside, and provide 3% of electric door accessories
g. A securely welded M8x30 bolt is visible in the lower left corner of the lamp post's working door. It is hot-dipped galvanized along with the lamp post, used for connecting the cable's PE wire.
3. Hot-Dip Galvanizing Process
The inner and outer surfaces should be treated with hot-dip galvanizing to prevent corrosion, with a thickness of ≥75um in compliance with GB/T 13912-92 standard. The design lifespan should not be less than 30 years. The zinc-plated surface should be smooth and aesthetically pleasing, with a consistent color. After hammering tests, it should not peel or flake off. A zinc coating inspection report is provided.
4. Powder Coating Process
Outdoor high-purity polyester powder coating should be used, with white color (subject to customer requirements). The plastic layer maintains stable quality, does not fade or peel off. It has strong adhesion, resists intense sunlight and UV radiation, suitable for lakeside cities and key saline areas. The designed lifespan exceeds 30 years, with a thickness of ≥80um, meeting ASTMD3359-83 standards. Spray coating inspection reports are provided. Spray coating protection requirements: film thickness not less than 40um, strong adhesion, no flaking, or peeling off. Surface is smooth and even, with consistent color.
5. Design Capabilities
a. Provide a structural analysis report for the pole body, based on the design drawings of the lamp post, according to the wind speed tolerance requirements.
b. The formed square steel used for the rod body must meet the corresponding Chinese standards in terms of strength and surface structure.
C. Seal the lamp post to prevent moisture from entering.
6. Verticality Inspection
After the lamp post is erected by the street light manufacturer, a theodolite is used to check the verticality between the lamp post and the horizontal, which should be less than or equal to 0.2%.
7. Rod Appearance
The design and dimensions meet requirements, with an overall elegant and generous appearance. The rod surface is smooth and consistent, with even coloration. The galvanized layer is smooth and flat, and the powder coating has strong adhesion without peeling off.
All fixed bolts, nuts, etc., are made of stainless steel (except for anchor bolts and nuts).
9. The cable routing channel inside the lamp post is unobstructed, making it easy to thread cables. It does not have sharp edges, burrs, teeth, or similar conditions to prevent damage to the cable wires.
10. The lighting pole meets lightning protection and grounding requirements, with an environmental temperature range of -15 to 50 degrees Celsius; wind speed of 60 m/s; seismic resistance of 8 levels; and corrosion resistance of 30 years.
Product Categories and Application Scope:
Monitored poles, also known as camera light poles, are typically categorized as Y-type, T-type, or R-type. Specific specifications can be customized according to customer requirements. Signal poles are commonly made from high-quality steel plates, processed into an octagonal or hexagonal shape using large bending machines, or assembled and welded from rectangular tubes. The surface is treated with hot-dipped galvanizing for corrosion resistance and coated with plastic for the outer surface. They are suitable for urban roads, expressways, elevated bridge intersections, or T-intersections.
1. Basic Structure: Traffic road signal poles and sign poles should consist of upright posts, connecting flanges, shaped support arms, mounting flanges, and pre-buried steel structures.
2. The upright or transverse support arm is made of straight seam steel pipe or seamless steel pipe; the connection end of the upright with the transverse support arm uses the same steel pipe as the transverse arm, with a welding reinforcement plate for protection; the upright is connected to the foundation with a flange and pre-buried bolt, with a welding reinforcement plate for protection; the connection method between the transverse support arm and the upright end uses a flange connection, with a welding reinforcement plate for protection.
3. All welds on the upright posts and their main components must meet standard requirements, with smooth and even surfaces, and welding should be flat, smooth, firm, and reliable without any defects such as pores, slag, cold joints, or open joints.
4. The uprights and their main components are equipped with lightning protection. The non-electric metal parts of the lighting fixtures form an integral unit, connected to the grounding wire through grounding bolts on the housing.
5. The upright poles and their main components should be equipped with a reliable grounding device, with the grounding resistance not exceeding 10 ohms.

7. Surface Treatment: Pickling and phosphating followed by hot-dipped galvanized spray painting.
