Technical Description:
Welding Process
The entire rod should be free of any cracks, leaks, continuous pores, burrs, etc., with smooth and even weld seams, no irregularities, and no welding defects. A welding flaw detection report must be provided.
2. Appliance Door
Electrical doors are plasma-cut.
b. The electrical door and lamp body are seamlessly integrated, without any welded protrusions at the door opening, ensuring high structural strength.
c. Features reasonable operating space; includes electrical installation accessories inside the door.
d. The gap between the door and the rod should not exceed 1mm, and it should have good waterproof performance.
e. Equipped with a specialized fastening system and excellent anti-theft features; the fixing bolts can only be opened with a non-standard, specialized tool.
f. Electric doors should have high interchangeability, with reasonable operating space inside, and provide 3% of electric door accessories.
g. A securely welded M8x30 bolt, visible from the bottom left of the pole door, is hot-dipped galvanized together with the pole for connecting the cable's PE wire.
3. Hot-Dip Galvanizing Process
The surface should be treated with hot-dip galvanizing for both inner and outer surfaces, with a thickness of ≥75um, in compliance with GB—/T13912-92 standard. The designed service life should not be less than 30 years. The zinc-plated surface should be smooth and aesthetically pleasing, with a consistent color. After the hammering test, it should not peel or flake off. A zinc coating inspection report is provided.
4. Powder Coating Process
Outdoor high-purity polyester powder coating should be used, with the color being white (subject to customer requirements). The plastic layer maintains stable quality, resists fading and peeling. It has strong adhesion, is resistant to intense sunlight and UV rays, suitable for lakeside cities and key salt-sensitive areas. The design lifespan exceeds 30 years, with a thickness of ≥80um, compliant with ASTM D3359-83 standard. A powder coating inspection report is provided. Powder coating protection requirements: film thickness not less than 40um, strong adhesion, no flaking or peeling. The surface is flat and smooth with consistent coloration.
5. Design Capabilities
a. Provide a rod stress calculation based on the light pole design drawing, as per the wind speed tolerance requirements.
b. The formed square steel used for the rod body must meet the corresponding Chinese standards in terms of strength and surface structure.
C. Seal the lamp post to prevent moisture from entering.
6. Verticality Inspection
After the lamp post is erected by the street light manufacturer, a theodolite is used to check the verticality between the lamp post and the horizontal, which should be less than or equal to 0.2%.

The design and dimensions meet the requirements, with an overall elegant and generous appearance. The rod surface is smooth and consistent, with uniform coloration. The galvanized layer is smooth and flat, and the powder coating has strong adhesion without peeling.
All fixed bolts and nuts, etc., are made of stainless steel (except for anchor bolts and nuts).
9. The cable passage inside the lamp post is unobstructed, easy to thread cables through, and free from sharp edges, burrs, teeth, and similar conditions to prevent damage to the cable wires.
10. Poles meet lightning protection and grounding requirements; 2. Environmental temperature: -15 to 50 degrees Celsius; wind speed: 60 m/s; seismic resistance: 8 levels; corrosion resistance: 30 years.
Categories and Applicable Scope:
Monitored poles, also known as camera lighting poles, are typically categorized into Y-type, T-type, and R-type. Specific specifications can be customized according to customer requirements. Signal poles are commonly made from high-quality steel plates, processed into an octagonal or hexagonal shape on large bending machines, or assembled and welded from rectangular tubes. The surface is treated with hot-dipped galvanizing for corrosion resistance and then coated with plastic. They are suitable for urban roads, expressways, overpass intersections, or T-intersections.
1. Basic Structure: Traffic signal poles and sign poles should be composed of upright posts, connecting flanges, shaped support arms, mounting flanges, and pre-buried steel structures.

4. The uprights and their main components are equipped with lightning protection. The non-electric metal parts of the lighting fixtures form an integral unit, connected to the grounding wire through grounding bolts on the housing.
5. The upright posts and their main components should be equipped with a reliable grounding device, with the grounding resistance not exceeding 10 ohms.
