II. Terms of Use
(1) New Railway Construction
Rails designed for speeds of 200 km/h and above use 2.2m high reinforced concrete protective fences with 0.5m wire mesh rolls; for rail lines designed for speeds below 200 km/h, a standard 1.8m high reinforced concrete fence is generally used.
(2) Under-construction Railway Project
Designs for railways with a speed of 200 km/h or more, sections equipped with metal protection fences should have barbed wire rolls added on the outer side; sections without railway isolation fence metal mesh should be set according to the standards of new railway projects, with the protective fence to be installed within 0.5 meters of the land boundary.
(3) Existing Railway Reconstruction Projects
Section 3: This section primarily introduces reinforced concrete column metal mesh security fences
Reinforced concrete pillar metal mesh security fence consists of pillars, mesh panels, and connecting parts, with a protective height of 1.8 meters.
(1) Pole
Pillars are prefabricated with C30 reinforced concrete, with a cross-sectional size of 120mm×120mm and a height of 2.2m. During the prefabrication, a 42mm×42mm square hole is left at the center of the top, with a depth of 150mm. For installation, a Q235 square tube with a connecting plate and a sealed end is inserted, and sealed water material is used to fill the gaps. The square tube specifications are 40mm×40mm with a thickness of 2.5mm. The short tube insertion end is 150mm long, with the exposed portion bent outward at a 30° angle, and a vertical height of 300mm. Three 12mm round holes are pre-drilled at the corresponding positions on the pillar, and the connecting plates are fixed in place with bolts during installation.
(2) Metal Mesh Sheets
Metal mesh panels feature Q235 short tube frames with a size of 30mm×50mm and tube thickness of 2.0mm. The internal wire mesh is made of HPB300 6.5mm high tensile steel wire, cold drawn, with a specification of 75mm×150mm. The top is folded outward at a 30° angle, and the vertical height is 300mm.
(3) Connector plate and bolt
Pole connection plates and mesh connection plates use 90° bent Q235 steel plates, thickness 4.0mm, available in three types (A, B, C) based on different installation positions.
The connecting plate and bolts are made of Q235 steel, with galvanized coating, and the galvanizing amount is 270g/㎡.
(4) Basic
The foundation design of protective fences should consider factors such as regional wind pressure, soil (rock) conditions, freezing depth, and impact resistance requirements, adjusting the dimensions reasonably while ensuring the stability of the protective fence.
When embedding the pillars, the position should be strictly controlled. After positioning, use C25 concrete for casting, ensuring the pillars do not shift vertically or horizontally. The pillar supports can be removed only when the concrete base reaches 70% of the design strength.
(5) Gate Fencing
Gates are installed according to the needs of construction and electrical equipment inspection and maintenance work.
The reinforced concrete column metal mesh security fence can be available in either single or double door configurations. The single door width is 1.5m, while the double door width is 3m. The mesh design is consistent with the fence, and it is connected to the column via pins and pin sleeves.
Set "No Entry" warning signs during the prefabrication of the posts. Locks should be installed on the doors, and they should be waterproof.
(6) Transportation and Installation
Pillars, top and bottom headers, and capitals should be protected during transportation. Buffering materials such as straw mats,稻草, sawdust, or other shock-absorbing materials can be added. The stacking layers should not exceed five vertically and the height should not exceed 600mm. Metal mesh panels and connecting components should be effectively packaged to prevent damage. Reinforced concrete panels should be arranged vertically with buffering materials in between to prevent impacts.
