Manufacturer [153*7341*4170] Shijiazhuang Railway Cement Guardrail Manufacturer (Pre-fabricated Unit Price) High-Speed Railway Concrete Subgrade Fence Installation
Two types of railway guardrails are categorized according to the railway design general plan, known as the Railway Guardrail General Line 8001m and the Railway Guardrail General Line 8002m. Differentiate the types of railway isolation fences based on the styles of the two. The General Line 8001m features a 30° curve on the top, while the General Line 8002m has straight panels without any curve. This article provides a detailed introduction to the Railway Guardrail General Line 8001m model.
I. Types of Protective Fencing
1.8m high reinforced concrete fence with 0.5m razor wire roll mesh
2.2m high reinforced concrete fence with 0.5m barbed wire roll cage
(3) 2.7-meter high reinforced concrete guardrail metal mesh panel (with folded corner) equipped with a barbed wire roll cage on the outside
(4) 1.8m High Reinforced Concrete Security Fence
(5) 1.8m High Reinforced Concrete Pillar Metal Mesh Fencing Barrier
II. Terms of Use
(1) New Railway Construction
High-speed rail lines with a design speed of 200 km/h or more use 2.2m high reinforced concrete guardrails with 0.5m barbed wire rolls; for rail lines with a design speed below 200 km/h, 1.8m high reinforced concrete guardrails are generally used.
(2) Under-construction Railway Project
High-speed railway sections designed for speeds of 200 kilometers per hour or more, where metal guardrails are installed, shall have barbed wire rolls mounted on the outer side; sections without installed railway isolation mesh shall be set according to the standards of new railway projects, with the protective guardrails to be placed within 0.5 meters inside the land boundary.
(3) Existing railway reconstruction projects
Section 3: This section primarily introduces reinforced concrete pillar metal mesh security fences
Reinforced concrete column metal mesh fence consists of columns, mesh panels, and connecting parts, with a protective height of 1.8 meters.
Pole
Pillars are prefabricated with C30 reinforced concrete, featuring a cross-section size of 120mm x 120mm and a height of 2.2m. During the prefabrication, a 42mm x 42mm square hole is left at the center of the top, with a depth of 150mm. During installation, a Q235 square tube with a connecting plate and sealed end is inserted into the hole, and sealed water material is used to fill the gaps. The square tube specifications are 40mm x 40mm with a thickness of 2.5mm. The short tube insertion end is 150mm long, with the exposed portion bent outward at a 30° angle, and a vertical height of 300mm. Three 12mm circular holes are pre-drilled at the corresponding positions on the pillar, and they are secured during installation by bolts passing through the connecting plates on both sides.
(2) Metal Mesh Sheets
Metal mesh panels feature Q235 short tube frames, with dimensions of 30mm x 50mm, short tube thickness of 2.0mm. The internal mesh wires are made of HPB300 6.5mm high tensile steel wire cold drawn, with a specification of 75mm x 150mm. The top is folded outward at a 30° angle, with a vertical height of 300mm.
(3) Connector plate and bolts
Pole connecting plate, mesh connecting plate in 90° angle, bent from Q235 steel plate, thickness 4.0mm, available in three types (A, B, C) depending on the application position.
The connecting plates and bolts are made of Q235 steel and are galvanized, with a galvanized amount of 270g/㎡.
(4) Basic
The foundation design of protective fences should consider factors such as regional wind pressure, soil (rock) conditions, freezing depth, and impact resistance requirements, adjusting the dimensions reasonably while ensuring the stability of the fence.
When embedding the pillars, the position should be strictly controlled. After positioning, use C25 concrete for casting, ensuring the pillars do not shift longitudinally or laterally and remain vertically upright. The support for the pillars can be removed only when the concrete foundation reaches 70% of the designed strength.
(5) Gate fence
Gates are set up according to the needs of construction and electrical equipment inspection and maintenance work.
The reinforced concrete column metal mesh security fence is available in either single-door or double-door configurations. The single-door width is 1.5m, while the double-door width is 3m. The mesh design is consistent with the fence, and it is connected to the column through pins and pin sleeves.
Set "No Entry" warning signs during the prefabrication of the pillars. The door should be equipped with a lock and be waterproof.
(6) Transportation and Installation
Pillars, top and bottom rails, and capitals should be protected during transportation. Add straw mats,稻草, sawdust, or other shock-absorbing materials as needed. The stacking should not exceed five layers vertically and a height of no more than 600mm. Metal mesh panels and connecting components should be effectively packaged to prevent dents. Reinforced concrete panels should be arranged vertically with shock-absorbing materials in between to prevent damage.
