Solar Traffic Signal Concept:
This is a signal indicator product that converts solar energy into electrical power. It is composed of main components such as solar cells, a controller, traffic signals, maintenance-free batteries, and signal lights.
Compared to standard traffic signals, solar traffic signals are more environmentally friendly and energy-saving. With their battery storage capability, they do not require signal cables to be laid during installation, effectively preventing power outages caused by construction. This is why they are gaining wider application.

Structural Composition:
Solar traffic signals are composed of five main parts: solar panels, battery pack, control system, LED display components, and the pole.
The controller is connected to the battery, signal box, and solar panel. The signal box is connected to the transmitter, which sends wireless signals received by the receiver. The receiver is connected to the signal light group, controlling its operation. The controller is housed inside the light pole. The battery is buried underground. The controller discharges the signal light group, signal box, transmitter, and receiver. The signal box and transmitter are located inside the signal box cabin, while the receiver is inside the signal light group. The signal light group uses LED lights as the light source. The signal box's microprocessor is a 32-bit ARM microprocessor.
