Product Process:
The cuff's side openings feature an elastic band made of two symmetrical Ω-shaped elastic strips; the number of these bands can be one or more; the sleeve is a cylinder composed of two symmetrical Ω-shaped flat fabric strips. The inside of the cuff has two welded seams and four rolled edges; the elastic is coated with hot melt adhesive, and if woven elastic strips are used, plastic welding is applied to secure the elastic to the fabric; the double-layered fabric with elastic strips is welded perpendicular to the plane. This practical modification replaces the traditional processing of the side opening elastic band with a circle formed by two straight elastic strips connected at both ends, eliminating the need for the existing annular elastic band or circular overlock stitching. It is highly automated, eliminating manual contact and environmental contamination, thereby meeting the hygiene requirements of the product.
