Q11F Male threaded ball valveSuitable for various pipelines with PN 1.0 to 6.4 MPa working pressure and temperatures from -29 to 180°C (with enhanced polytetrafluoroethylene seals) or -29 to 300°C (with para-phenylene seals), used for cutting off or connecting media within the pipeline. Different materials can be selected to suit various media such as water, steam, oil, nitric acid, acetic acid, and more. Product features:
The Q11F threaded ball valves are available in three types: integral (one-piece), two-section, and three-section. The valve body is cast using advanced technology imported from Taiwan, featuring a reasonable structure and an aesthetically pleasing design. The valve seat employs an elastic sealing structure for reliable sealing and easy operation. The valve stem is designed with a reverse-sealed, bottom-mounted structure, preventing the stem from being ejected in the event of abnormal pressure increase in the valve cavity. The two-piece and three-piece ball valves offer connection options such as butt welding (BW) and socket welding (SW), and both can be equipped with international standard ISO bracket platforms and locking devices. A 90° switching positioning mechanism can be set, allowing for locking to prevent misoperation as needed. Drive methods include manual, electric, and pneumatic.
