The (Water Filter) belongs to the pipeline coarse filter series and can also be used for large particle filtration of gases or other media. Installed on the pipeline, it can remove solid impurities from the fluid, ensuring the normal operation and function of machinery and equipment (including compressors, pumps, etc.) and instruments, achieving stable process and ensuring safe production. When the fluid enters the filter筒 with a specified mesh filter, the impurities are blocked, and the clean filtrate is discharged from the filter outlet. When cleaning is required, simply remove the detachable filter筒, clean it, and then reassemble it, making maintenance convenient.

T-type filterStructure and Principle
Direct-flow T-type filters can be installed horizontally or vertically, but note that the water flow direction should match the arrow direction on the housing. For vertical installation, the water flow must be from top to bottom. When the fluid enters the filter housing equipped with a specified filter mesh, impurities are blocked, and the clean filtrate is discharged through the filter outlet. For cleaning, simply remove the detachable filter housing, clean it, and then reinsert it. Thus, the maintenance is convenient.
Direct-current T-type filters come in three types: straight-through, right-hand bend, and left-hand bend. The right-hand bend and left-hand bend direct-current T-type filters are essentially identical in appearance, structure, size, and function, with the main difference lying in the screen installation of the filter elements. The right-hand bend style has the screen installed inside the filter element, while the left-hand bend style has the screen mounted outside. Generally, the right-hand bend filters are filtered from inside to outside, and the left-hand bend filters from outside to inside. This type of direct-current T-type filter is widely used in pipelines of various media such as steam, air, water, and oil to protect equipment like pumps and valves from being blocked and damaged by debris like rust and weld slag inside the pipeline.
