Structural Steel Construction Requirements
Preparation before construction
1. Based on specific requirements and the physical dimensions of the components, prepare packaging processes and shipping quantities, transportation conditions, and take measures to prevent deformation of the components. Steel structure packaging.
2. Prior to the installation of steel structures, a corresponding process should be developed based on the project's characteristics for measurement and alignment. Process tests should be conducted on key processes such as steel plate welding, high-strength bolt installation, and rivet welding, and corresponding construction processes should be documented.
3. Steel structure manufacturing, installation, acceptance, and civil construction measurement tools should be evaluated according to the same standard.
Section II: Steel Structure Manufacturing Requirements

1. Steel structure manufacturing units should prepare detailed construction drawings based on design documents. These detailed drawings should be reviewed and approved by both the supervising engineer and the design engineer. When modifications to the original design are required, the manufacturing unit must submit a declaration to the design unit. The modifications can only take effect after they are agreed upon and documented.
2. Prior to the fabrication of steel structures, a manufacturing process should be developed based on the requirements of the design documents, construction details, and the conditions of the fabrication facility.
3. Steel structure component layout, marking, straightening, shaping, edge processing, joint processing, hole making, assembly
4. Steel should be straightened before processing to ensure flatness. Workpieces requiring sampling should be produced to full size according to the approved construction drawings.
