A small pulse bag dust collector is a dry dust removal device suitable for capturing fine, dry, non-fibrous dust. The filter bags are made of woven fabric or non-woven felt, utilizing the filtering action of fibrous materials to filter the dusty gas. When dusty gas enters the bag dust collector, particles with large size and high density settle due to gravity, falling into the ash hopper. The gas containing finer dust is trapped by the filter material as it passes through, thereby净化ing the gas. The dust removal efficiency of new filter material is generally insufficient. After some time of use, due to effects like sieve filtration, collision, retention, diffusion, and static electricity, a layer of dust accumulates on the surface of the filter bag, known as the initial layer. In subsequent operations, this initial layer becomes the main filtering layer of the filter material, allowing for higher filtration efficiency even with larger pore sizes.
