




Large Baghouse Dust Collector Principle of Operation for Power Plant Emissions
Large bag dust collectors are divided into positive pressure (also known as blow-in) and negative pressure (also known as suction) types. Negative pressure bag dust collectors refer to the dust-laden gas entering the ash hopper under negative pressure through various inlet pipes. A baffle is set at the inlet, where coarser dust falls into the hopper by gravity, while finer particles are filtered through the dust removal bags and adsorbed on the inner wall of the bags. The purified gas then passes through the clean gas chamber and is吸入 the fan inside through the top switch valve of the large bag dust collector via the exhaust pipe, before being released into the atmosphere through the exhaust stack. As the dust on the filter bags accumulates and the resistance reaches the specified value, cleaning begins. The cleaning method of the large bag dust collector relies on a single-chamber reverse-blowing system. During reverse blowing, the directional valve is used to close the exhaust pipe and open the reverse-blowing pipe, thus cutting off the exhaust air from the single chamber. Since the inlet pipes of the various chambers in the large bag dust collector are interconnected and all are under negative pressure, the negative pressure suction effect of the adjacent chamber draws the air flow through the reverse-blowing pipe into the filter bag chamber. The air flow passes through the filter bags, with the air entering from the outside to the inside of the bags, then being drawn into the adjacent chamber through the ash hopper and the inlet pipe of that chamber, causing the filter bags to collapse. The accumulated dust inside the filter bags is then shaken off and settles into the sedimentation ash hopper, completing the cleaning of the single chamber. The other chambers are cleaned in the same sequence under the control of the cleaning mechanism, and cleaning stops once a certain value is reached.
