The downward airflow design allows for the use of high-efficiency medium-pressure backward curved blade centrifugal fans, further reducing energy consumption. Considering the actual conditions of low dust concentration and total amount, manual dust removal is adopted, increasing the space for dust accumulation, reducing the load on the bags, lowering manufacturing costs, and static electricity filter material is vertically suspended, providing an increased filtration area and ensuring effective dust removal.

Baghouse dust collectors feature compact inlet and outlet ducts with low air flow resistance. The dust bag mouth is equipped with an elastic expansion ring, ensuring good sealing performance and reliability. Bag replacement can be carried out under normal operation conditions without stopping the system fan, in individual compartments of the cement mill dust collector. The cement mill-specific dust collector utilizes a segmented stop-vent pulse-jet cleaning technology, overcoming the drawbacks of conventional pulse and segmented reverse-jet dust collectors.
