The design purpose of the dust small dust collector hood is to control the source of pollution with a smaller air volume. The hood only draws in dusty gas, not allowing clean air outside the dusty gas to enter the hood. If clean air enters the hood, it increases the volume of air to be treated and also requires a larger fan capacity.
The working principle of the industrial dust small deduster: After the dusty gas enters the ash hopper of the industrial deduster, due to the sudden expansion of the airflow cross-section, some coarse particles in the airflow settle down under the action of gravity and inertial force. Fine particles with low density enter the filtering space and are precipitated on the filter surface through a combination of diffusion and screening forces. The purified gas then enters the clean air chamber and is discharged through the exhaust pipe.
Baghouse dust collectors experience increased resistance as the thickness of the dust layer on the filter bag surface increases. When the resistance reaches a specified value, cleaning is initiated, at which point the pulse control instrument regulates the opening and closing of the pulse valve. Upon opening the pulse valve, compressed air within the system is喷射 out through the small holes in the nozzle as a high-speed, high-pressure jet stream, thereby creating an induced draft airflow that is 1-2 times the volume of the jet stream. This airflow enters the filter bag along with the jet stream, causing an instant positive pressure inside the bag and resulting in expansion and slight movement. The dust deposited on the surface of the filter bag falls into the ash hopper, from which the dust is discharged through the discharge opening.
