The principle of current industrial dust control involves both improving processes to reduce the amount of dust generated and enhancing dust collection efficiency.

The dust removal equipment filter bags in the furniture polishing workshop are arranged in a straight line, with each row equipped with a solenoid valve to control the compressed air pulse cleaning. The operation of the solenoid valve is controlled by a programmable controller. During cleaning, the cleaning controller sends a command, causing the solenoid valve to release 0.5-0.7MPa compressed air at the moment of action. The compressed air is blown into the filter bag through small holes on the nozzle facing the filter bag at high speed. Simultaneously, it induces a secondary airflow several times the strength of the compressed air, creating an instantaneous shock wave that propagates downward along the entire length of the filter.

The dust removal equipment in the furniture polishing workshop is composed of an induced draft fan, main body, conveying system, and PLC dust control system. The dust collector is protected by a housing made of carbon steel plate or stainless steel plate (the specific material is determined by the working condition), which houses the dust bags and operational components like the dust collector frame. The bottom of the dust collector features an ash discharge valve for easy collection of dust.
