Polybutylene TerephthalatePBT is a semi-transparent to opaque, semi-crystalline thermoplastic polyester with high heat resistance, capable of long-term operation at 140°C, toughness, fatigue resistance, self-lubricating, and low coefficient of friction.PBT has a fast crystallization rate and is most suitable for injection molding. Other processes include extrusion, blow molding, coating, and various secondary molding methods. Pre-drying is required before molding, with moisture content reduced to 0.02%. PBT (reinforced, modified PBT) is primarily used in automotive, electronic appliances, industrial machinery, polymer alloys, and blends. It is used in cars as distributors, body parts, ignition coil frames, insulating covers, exhaust system components, motorcycle igniters. In the electronics and appliances industry, such as TV deflection coils, picture tubes, potentiometer supports, audio output transformer frames, adapters, switch connectors, electric fans, refrigerators, washing machine motor end caps, and sleeve bushes.
