Polybutylene TerephthalatePBT is a semi-transparent to opaque, semi-crystalline thermoplastic polyester with high heat resistance, capable of long-term operation at 140°C, toughness, fatigue resistance, self-lubricating, and low coefficient of friction.PBT has a fast crystallization rate and is most suitable for injection molding. Other processes include extrusion, blow molding, coating, and various secondary molding methods. Pre-drying is required before molding, with moisture content reduced to 0.02%.
